Payment
Balance will be always paid at the time of delivery/ service. All orders placed online have to be paid in full in order to our staff to complete customer service. It is recommended that client that placed the order or a designated person would be present at the moment of the conclusion of the set up , since no claims can be made once decorator is out of the place of the event.
Minimum order amount
Minimum amount to place an order online is $100. Orders received lees than this amount will not be accepted.
Contracted package
Any additional services/products requested by the client incurred by Orlando Party Express will be billed directly to client at agreed cost. Modifications of amounts of Rentals contracted or rental items cannot be deducted within at least 5 days in advance of the date of the event , or not refund will be available. Additional rentals can be added at any time.
Cleaning fees
A $40 to $85 cleaning fee will be assessed if items are returned with excessive dirt as determined by Orlando Party Express (OPE). Payment will be requested and paid at the time of the return.
Liability
The renter agrees that OPE holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party.
Lost and damage
The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement . This cost will be assessed within 2 days of return and will presented in a separate invoice payable within 7 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental.
Rental items will be at all times in the place where it was delivered or the main address of the event.
Park set ups
PARK SET UPS or any outdoor set up will have an extra fee of $60 .
Weather
Items will remain in the delivery location all the time. Client has the responsibility of protect rental items from rain or other weather conditions. Fail to this procedure may incur in additional fees to pay during the pick up of the decor/rental items provided by Orlando Party Express.
Balloons disposal
Balloons disposal are responsability of each client.
Rental time
Rental time is subjet to adjusts according to the characteristics of the ending time of the each event.
Same day pick up Latest pick-up time by the Orlando Party Express team is 8 pm. If the event ends after this time Orlando Party Express reserves the right to accept or not the pick-up after that time. Additional fees may be incurred for pickups requested after 9 pm.
Next day Pick up If you prefer we can pick up your event next day or 48 hours after the event, free of charges.
Other than venue spaces or recreational parks, Orlando Party Express requies a period of 24 to 48 hours after the event to pick up the decor/rental items.
Refund Policy
A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to the customer.
Once a client pays an order using a Shopify plattaform online in our store , there is a non refundable fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction wich is the Shopify transaction fee of orlandopartyxpress.com online store.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee is 25% of the order if cancellation is more than 15 days in advance of the schedule date. Cancellations with less than 15 days in advance of the schedules date do not qualify for refund but for a full credit on the store to use in the next 10 months.
Agreement Order Online
By completing the payment using this online platform of our company, the client automatically approves this agreement and must comply with everything stipulated in this settlement.
Rescheduling
If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available and all deposits made will remain in hold for the next date
Provided Documentation
All documentation, proposals or Mocks created and provided to client is owned and copy written by Orlando Party Express and cannot be used or given to any other 3rd party. Failure to this statement coul incur in legal disagreements.
Attorney
If legal action is necessary to enforce the terms of this contract the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees in additional to any other remedies to which that party might be legally entitled.
Contract terms:
Renter and Orlando Party Express hereby agree that this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Renter and Orlando Party Express and no prior oral or written statement, correspondence, sample, or other terms, quotations, or understandings shall modify, alter, or in any way affect the terms thereof. By signing this form you agree the terms and conditions for this rental/decoration service.
